Mr. Saad Ahmad Rajpoot is the Managing and Founding Partner of the firm, having established the practice in 2008 with a vision to deliver principled, effective, and client-focused legal services. With over fourteen years of professional experience, he brings extensive expertise in civil, corporate, commercial, constitutional, matrimonial, and custody law.
Mr. Rajpoot’s practice combines litigation, advisory, and alternative dispute resolution, including arbitration and mediation. He has successfully represented clients before superior courts, subordinate courts, and regulatory authorities, handling complex and high-stakes matters with strategic precision.
He is a CIArb (London)–certified mediator, accredited in 2022, and has played a key role in resolving numerous civil, matrimonial, and custody disputes through mediation and negotiated settlements. His professional standing is further reflected in his service as the elected General Secretary of the Islamabad High Court Bar Association (2021–2022).

Shahid Shabbir is a seasoned Advocate of the High Court with over 14 years of extensive litigation experience, primarily practicing Criminal Law. He has successfully conducted and defended numerous murder trials and other serious criminal cases, demonstrating strong courtroom advocacy and a deep command of criminal jurisprudence.
He has also represented clients in a wide range of matters before Special Courts, including cases pertaining to FIA, NAB, and Customs, involving complex white-collar crimes, financial offenses, and regulatory prosecutions. His experience in these specialized forums reflects his ability to handle technically intricate and high-stakes litigation.
Shahid Shabbir has remained counsel in several high-profile and widely discussed cases, appearing before Sessions Courts and the High Courts with professionalism, strategic insight, and legal precision.

Chaudhary Najam-Ul-Hassan is the Senior Partner of the firm and a highly accomplished litigation lawyer who joined the Bar in 2006. He has since enjoyed a celebrated legal career, earning recognition for his extensive experience and authoritative practice in civil, revenue, and corporate law.
A pure litigation lawyer, Mr. Najam-Ul-Hassan maintains an active courtroom practice, representing clients before various courts and legal forums. His core strength lies in land and property litigation, where he is regarded as an expert in matters relating to ownership disputes, title claims, possession issues, land revenue records, and regulatory compliance.
He has significant experience in handling disputes of housing societies, including private and cooperative housing societies. His practice covers litigation involving land acquisition, development conflicts, management and member disputes, and legal issues arising from housing schemes and cooperative regulations.
